The background
Born in 1982 (yeez, I am getting old) in Bruges, studied in Gent and living in Eeklo. Did teacher training school but then went on to geek level 20 and started my first job as a linux consultant.
The dayjob

In a nutshell, after my days as an IT consultant (the days where you still had to replace the harddrive and not restart the virtual server [at 4 a.m.]) I started @Brady Corporation. Moved through several roles within the company, up to leading the software range on a global scale. Moved back to European level a couple of years ago due to a change in company policies
